Product Description
The HP1000L series combines roll-film bag forming, liquid filling and heat sealing for liquid sachet packaging. Different models are available in the supplied specifications for filling volumes of 200–500 mL and 200–1000 mL.
The series can be evaluated for water, soy sauce, free-flowing beverages and ice-pack liquids. Model selection depends on the liquid’s characteristics, required filling volume, packaging film and sealing format.

A separate side-sealing version is also shown in the supplied materials. Its final model designation and configuration should be confirmed. HP1000L-I weight is omitted because the supplied images contain conflicting figures.
Application Requirements
Liquids containing particles, high-viscosity products, foaming liquids and temperature-sensitive products require separate evaluation. Filling accuracy, cleaning procedures and material-contact specifications should be confirmed using the intended liquid and film.
